Overview

These terms govern your use of buyomnix.com and any purchase you make from buyOMNIx. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. buyOMNIx is operated by OmniX (Mission, BC, Canada), a retailer of professional hair tools and appliances shipping to the United States.

Products

We sell new professional-grade hair tools, appliances, clippers, trimmers, shears, and related accessories. All products are genuine new merchandise from the brands listed. Product descriptions and specifications are sourced from manufacturers and are as accurate as we can make them.

Minor variations in color or finish between product units are normal for manufactured goods and do not constitute a defect.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address in compliance with applicable US state tax law.

We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details.

Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping is $50 flat rate and free on orders over $500. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after shipping.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. See our shipping policy for full details.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by us before you ship. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA.

• Unopened items returned in original sealed packaging receive a 100% refund of the purchase price.
• Opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.
• Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused.
• Defective or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement — no restocking fee.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Product Use

Professional hair tools operate at high temperatures and voltages. Follow all manufacturer instructions, safety guidelines, and care recommendations listed on each product page and in the included documentation. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use, use outside of the tool's rated specifications, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law, buyOMNIx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on buyomnix.com, including text, images, logos, and product photography, is owned by or licensed to buyOMNIx. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Governing Law
